The hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, next to KOMTAR building, 1st Avenue shopping mall, and Prangin Mall. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, two dining options, and free Internet access. Guests at Hotel Jen enjoy access to Golden Sands Resort on Batu Ferringhi Beach. A free shuttle service operates between the two hotels.
